John Hauer, PNNL

PNNL is one of nine Department of Energy (DOE) multiprogram national laboratories. It is situated close to the Hanford Site, in southeastern Washington State, initially as a support to the nuclear technology activities there. Today key areas are environment, health, energy, computer science and security. As a senior specialist at PNNL, John Hauer is involved with the Wide Area Measurement System project. PNNL is operated by Battelle Memorial Institute.
